I was just on the site on my phone earlier today and realized it would be nice there was a mobile version. Basically it would just be narrower so that there is not as much horizontal scrolling on small screens. It shouldn't be too difficult since the forum is primarily text and that collapses well.
Along with the mobile site and going off the other post about having a list of locations . . .
It would be cool if there was a page that showed locations and current conditions. Then forum members could use the mobile site via their phones while they are out on the water and update it with real time conditions.
What do you guys think? |

| Good input again, but it all comes down to time and expertise. Everyone has day jobs so it makes it tough for us to dedicate a ton of time. |

Ah well then its a good thing you know this web developer guy who would probably be willing to do tho work so he could put it on his resume (and make friends with people who have boats  )
If you are willing to let me I am willing to work on the site. Especially on things like the mobile version. I have never done that before so it should be fun. I can't guarantee how quick the work will be but I'll do it.
As far as the idea goes though. Would anybody actually use it? |
